Since its debut, Solo Leveling (also known as Only I Level Up in Korea) has consistently won the near-unanimous praise of critics and readers alike. The original series kicked off a massive multimedia franchise currently consisting of a webtoon adaptation, a fan-favorite anime series and numerous pieces of tie-in merchandise. Solo Leveling also received a follow-up series entitled Solo Leveling: Ragnarok, which was released via Kakao Page in April 2023. While the series’ main story is set after the events of Solo Leveling, the series’ side story serves as a prelude to the original.
